ICICI Bank cuts home loan rates by upto 100 bps; stk down

ICICI Bank has cut home loan rates by up to 100 bps. The new home loan rates for less than Rs 30 lakh will be at 10.25% versus 10.5%, between Rs 30-70 lakh at 10.5% versus 11% and home loan above Rs 70 lakh at 10.5% versus 11.5%, reports CNBC-TV18.

The new rates will applicable for 2 months till December 31.

At 09:29 hrs ICICI Bank was quoting at Rs 1,055, down Rs 3.30, or 0.31%. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 1,063.00 and an intraday low of Rs 1,054.05.
 
It was trading with volumes of 20,714 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed up 0.43% or Rs 4.55 at Rs 1,058.30.

The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 44.73 per share. (Jun, 2012). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 23.63. The latest book value of the company is Rs 523.82 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 2.02. The dividend yield of the company was 1.56%.
